Coastal Trilling Reforestation (CTR) is a full service silviculture company, specializing in tree planting and stand tending. Established in 2003, CTR has worked in close contact with many of Nova Scotia's pulp/lumber mills, and also with private woodlot owners. Traditionally most of our silviculture work has been funded by Bowater-Abitibi, Neenah Paper and Wagner Forest Management.
Nova Scotia has exhibited an increasingly progressive attitude towards sustainable uneven-aged forest management. This has resulted in

opportunities to implement exciting new silviculture techniques, emphasising the interests of private woodlot owners and their continual commitment to sustainable forest management.
